10 lbs in 3 weeks?

so I hate when people say "how can I lose 10 pounds in so and so amount of time?"... but here I go lol.. I have an outside festival (concert) coming up in 3 weeks..its going to be hot and im going to need to wear a tank top and I really want to wear the jeans I wore ten lbs ago. considering I have 43 more lbs to lose altogether,i don't think its unreasonable to lose 10 in 3 weeks...is it? any suggestions on how to go about it?

10 lbs in 3 weeks is going to be tough, unless you have a significant amount of water weight to drop along with actual fat....0

It would definitely be tough, but rather than focus on the number of pounds, why don't you focus on the problem areas you feel would be "exposed" for your tank top? Do you have kettle bells or weights? You can find some exercises to tone your arms and midsection.

yes im working on the dumbbell thing. have been lifting weights for a couple weeks now. part of this is that I want to be able to fit into my jeans that I want to wear. I can get them up and even buttoned but it gives me MAJOR muffin top. Ive lost 10 lbs in a couple weeks on atkins before but I have no willpower with atkins anymore.ugh0

With 43 lbs. to lose, it will be a huge struggle to lose any more than 1 lb. per week. So lose what you can in the next three weeks, then keep going after the concert.
