New Breakfast: Swiss Style Muesli

A couple of weeks ago, I heard about a new breakfast idea. Supposedly reduces sugar cravings. I tried it mostly because I had most of the ingredients in my pantry. Here is a link: http://simple-nourished-living.com/2011/06/my-favorite-healthy-easy-breakfast-magical-healthy-yogurt-cream/
Then I remembered another similar dish I got at a local bakery. So I thought I'd look for more variations: http://mylittlegourmet.com/breakfast/bircher-muesli/
Now that it is spring, and early berry season, I think a variation of these two will be in my regular breakfast rotation. I wanted something easy to prep the night before, filling, and healthy.
My current variation is with the following:
1/2 to 2/3 cup of plain yogurt (I thought greek was too thick for this purpose, but it works)
2-3 tablespoons of rolled oats (quick oats are fine too, steel cut is not good here)
1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of flax oil
1 tablespoon n of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of toasted pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of honey/agave/coconut hector/maple syrup your choice
1/2-3/4 cup of your fave fruit (this week is blueberries for me)
You can mix this up the night before, and you have the easiest breakfast ever, with calcium, protein, fiber and any bonus nutrients you add (like me an the flax seed oil). I'll like switch with almonds and walnuts as they are available in my pantry.
Have you guys tried this traditional muesli sort of breakfast?
