I'm looking for tasty, low-cal, easy to prepare, winter food for us Southern Hemisphere folks. I can only eat so much soup!

    I've been doing a lot of baked chicken breast with whatever single serve frozen veggies I can find as of late...I'm out of ideas myself!

    For me, winter is too long to worry about "wintery" foods. I eat ice cream in winter, lol.

    It's a variant on soup but what about chili? Use ground turkey or chicken.
