Would anyone happen to know a good site for basic food measurement conversion, such as , grams to ounces, etc...
Also a site that gives general calorie value of food, for example, how many calories for a cup of green beans or also by weight.

hahahahaha .......... no Seriously.... type in:

1 teaspoon of butter to grams
or
grams to ounces
or
kilos to pounds...

ETA: If you cant find it on here then I look at Calorieking.com and type in my food.... or i google it..
