Pork rinds - there I just said what everyone was thinking.

Eat more of these and you will feel fuller longer!
If I dipped them in hummus, yes. Because without the complex carb, my body just goes, "OK, thanks, now where's the rest of the meal?!" I must have balance at every meal.

    Ehm... what's pork rinds?

They are amazing, is what they are. But they're high in fat and sodium, of course! Still, if you're trying to reduce carbs and you want a substitute for tortilla or potato chips that isn't just cut up raw vegetables, they're your savior.

Yessss. Pork cracklins are even better. So fatty and doable in a calorie deficit. Also tasty. And satisfying. Man I need to buy some now...

Not unless you have Prader–Willi. Try giving your food 20 minutes to register.
Took a brief glance at your diary. Lots of bread, cereal, and barely 40 protein a day. Eat more protein.

I can't believe I know what Prader-Willi is without Wikipedia

When you switch diets your brain needs a bit of time to learn what this new food is all about. When I first made the switch I constantly craved the processed carbs I was eating prior until I realized what my brain was really signaling for was salt. Now my brain will crave soy sauce to signal the need for salt.

If I'm 'hungry' when I've recently eaten, and I know I don't actually need more fuel, I drink water until my stomach feels full and my brain stops bugging me.

Maybe try a teaspoon of nutella on top of your chicken and call it mole? :smokin:

What really helps me is to take at least 30-60 min to eat my meal. Chew slowly (at least 20-30times) and savor each bite.
Fork down after each bite.( I use chopsticks when I can) Really slows me down.

You have time in your life for every meal to take 30-60 minutes?!?! I want your schedule!
