school diet

just thought id share a bit of a result,
im always trying various diets as such, even though i know full well that the sustainable choices are the better ones.
i would regularly think if i could just lose 30lbs in 6 weeks then i dont need to diet anymore, the result being that ive been a seasoned yo-yo dieter for quite a while.
i recently broke my ankle and decided that because i couldnt exercise i would need to seriously adjust my diet to make sure i didnt gain weight.
i thought back to when i was younger and how i used to eat at home and that i used to maintain my weight and stay in pretty good shape.
so i instigated the school boy diet:
breakfast is a bowl of cereals,
lunch is a sandwhich with 2 slices fo bread, a bag of crisps and a chocolate bar.
dinner i have a meat of any variety and usually 2 veggies or a wrap if im heading out quickly.
its worked really well and for the first time ive been eating the same diet for more then a week.
i do allow myself to be a bit more relaxed at the weekends but by simply having my weight loss goal further in the future it takes the pressure off and the extreme change. if you are at a loss as to a sustainable diet, i highly recommend it and i promise that if im not doing it in another 3 weeks i shall hange my head in shame
