So Ive read what ppl say about protein and was wondering what you think? Should I stay at my goal or is going over a good thing?

Going over on Protein, fiber, vitamins & Minerals.... is ok (my opinion)
Try not to go over: Fat, sodium, sugar or Carbs....0 -
Too much protein is very hard on your liver. Balance is very important.0

Probably depeends on how over we're talking about and what your physical activity consist of. Muscles need protein to repair themselves, so if you're not exercising in a way that's hard on your muscles, probably be better to be sure not to go over. Just my opinion.0

Good question. I keep going slightly over my protein somedays not all the time. Good suggestions everyone, ill have to adjust somethings.0
