Those sound fun to make. The ingredients look pricey though. Thanks for sharing!

i don't get what the point of being so 100% raw foods only that you would need a recipe like this for raw "cadbury" eggs. I get that kind of thing for plant only foods for vegans because they have an ethical issue with the use of animal products. i also get the idea of eating more raw foods, in particular certain fruits and vegetables, to avoid some nutrients being degraded in the cooking process (although bear in mind with some kinds of foods cooking actually increases the bioavailability of nutrients). But I don't get being so phobic of cooked foods that you won't eat a Cadbury's creme egg.

Some people just don't believe they can be healthy without a hefty dose of self-flagellation. Guess I had enough hardship when I was a kid I don't feel the need to purposely make my life more difficult (apart from lifting of heavy things, that is!). *shrug*

Interesting recipe. I imagine though that it tastes more like Mounds than Cadbury eggs, given all the coconut.

Not sure I would try it, but it gave me a few ideas.

    Bumping for creativity...

I was thinking that too. I am not a big coconut fan, but my daughter is, and she loves getting creative in the kitchen. I bookmarked it for later. Maybe we can get these ingredients some time down the road.
