Hi I'm new and just trying to lose weight I'm currently 358 and dropin.
Being unemployed in economy today I made a concious choice to take
My life back currently doing cardio for 2 hours a day thru biggest loser
Dvds and gym on bike or treadmill then 2 hours of weight lifting
Just lookin for friends here for the journey

    welcome, & best wishes on your journey. wow 2 hours, that's great. I wish I had that time. You will definitely find alot of positivity, support, motivation, and inspiration on this site.     Good luck, when I started , I was just about your weight, and now am close to my goal..........you mentioned Cardio and the gym....BINGO, 2 words that are the weapon to losing weight.......put me down are a friend, if I can help, let me know, but Cardio took of plenty for me..........Llloyd
