is it possible to lose 10 lbs by may 2nd ?

i have already lost 27lbs and would like to lose a bit more weight before may 2nd to ring in my 25TH BIRTHDAY in punta cana =D i was at 215 lbs and i am down to 188lbs. I know that is still a great number for a female at 5 feet 6 inches and i completely understand i still have a LONGGG way to go.

just looking for some helpful pointers for both nutrition and fitness =D

    Just accept it's going to be about 1lb a week.

    if you really wanted to you could go really low carb for two weeks, but all you are going to do is lose water weight and then when you start eating carbs again you would gain it back ..

    You have made great progress already, just keep doing what you are doing and you will get there...

    Highly unlikely. 2 pounds per week healthy loss is about the best you're going to achieve. Acknowledge that you've made progress, enjoy your birthday and continue your plan. It's not about a number, it's about being healthy and achieving your goals.
