Best Arm Band for big arms

I've been looking for an arm band that will hold my phone (with a case on it) that is made for bigger arms 18"+. I tried to make one and failed miserably. I recently bought a case that is also a clip, but when I'm running it manages to come loose. Any suggestions?

It is still a bit tight on my upper arm, but I have been wearing it on my lower arm until it fits better It works nicely with my Bluetooth headphones...

I don't know what size my arms are, but they are big, and I HATE arm bands. I bought a very thin waist pouch: http://www.marika.com/productinfo_item_1364-dc_530-md_530-pd_530-sn_72.htm - But I found mine at Marshall's for $10.
I love it because it is elastic and has adjustablity, I just HATE having something on my arm like that when it is so huge!!
