So, I have vowed to myself and other MFPers not to get on the scale for 2 weeks, and for the last 3 days I've been doing yardwork...(digging, raking, cultivating, trimming shrubs..)...I logged approximately half of my time as "general gardening", and since I am notorious for not eating enough, I have eaten nearly all of my exercise calories....My question is this: Should I have logged the yardwork as exercise???? It isn't something that I normally do, so I did log it...I can just hear my scale screaming at me....Somebody PLEASE tell me it's ok.....:noway:

Sounds ok to me, Im always sooo sore after doing yardwork, I knwo that I was burning calories. Dont worry about it and keep on going. If you get on the scale now then it will only bum you out if you gained weight (you probably didnt) so just keep going!

Thanks...I guess it's too late anyway, since I already logged it AND already ate all the calories...time will tell...thanks again :flowerforyou:
