Odd Workout Side Effect

So I've been working out regularly for the last several months with very few issues at all. The last couple of weeks while starting my regular walks and bikes to work, I've noticed I yawn pretty much the entire time. It's never been a problem when I've been running or on the elliptical in the gym. The yawns get super deep and sometimes it takes me a while to catch my breath. I've never had a problem with asthma or any other respiratory problems. Any ideas or suggestions?
