Just received my Turbo Fire yesterday and did the first workout! Anyone else just starting out?

To anyone that has done it, was it easy to run and do the program too? I was going to wait until after my half marathon to start, but I was too excited! LOL The day off she gives, I was going to plan for it to fall on Saturdays since that is when I do my long runs. I plan on doing Day 2 this morning, and then a 4 mile run this afternoon...we'll see how my body feels!

Hoping this will help me break through my 6 month long plateau of gaining and losing the same 5lbs. Off we go!

  • Hi Kat,

I was pondering whether to get the Turbo Fire! set, but it's still quite pricey?

    what do you think?

I got mine off ebay for about $47 plus shipping for the deluxe set (15 DVDs). (I got lucky and the auction ended at 3 AM!!!) Now I do have to caution you about ebay and Beachbody stuff. There are burned copies that people are trying to sell as new. MAKE SURE you check the person's reviews. If there are a few people yelling counterfeit....skip that auction. Also, a lot of the "cheap" auctions are coming from Hong Kong......I would skip those too because of the increase risk of fake copies. My set was completely shrink wrapped, all CD were in soft plastic sleeves inside the paper "book", the tape measure and green band were still attached to the inside of the box......in other words, mint from Beachbody condition. I also got my Insanity set this way. Bottom line, as long as you're careful and look at who is selling & where it's coming from, you can get Beachbody products very reasonably priced on ebay.

I also got mine off ebay, for $56. I'm still wondering if they are copies because they won't play in my DVD player (it's old) or my Xbox, but it will play on my laptop. But hey, at least they play on something LOL. But the box was shrink wrapped along with everything inside it, but there are some typos on the one of the guides. The seller was in the states and I got it in 2 days..but he sent me two....and I haven't heard back from him about it LOL

BPayne ~ How long have you been doing it? I did HIIT 15 today and I'm in love!!
  • Girls,
