Take a moment to think about this...

"What are things that I want to reward myself with doing when I reach certain milestones?" Make sure though that you are not rewarding yourself with food.

Here are mine...

▶▶▶My Goal Rewards◀◀◀

I started at 298 pounds November 11, 2013

When I reach...
270 lbs ➙ Color my hair! ✔ Done
245 lbs ➙ Get another tattoo! ✔ (Couldn't get the tattoo though yet, still have to have the money to do so)
220 lbs ➙ Buy a dress!
195 lbs ➙ Buy a bathing suit
170 lbs ➙ Adult beach trip with friends AND My husband takes me out dancing!
165 lbs ➙ I make my grandpa proud!
150-155 lbs ➙ I reach my goal!

I started January 2013 @ about 205...not sure was scared to get on the scale.

I took a vacation on a tropical island...This past February

I have bought new weight plates...

I have gotten my hair cut...last week

    I have gone shopping a lot...and will again soon....:drinker:

I might buy myself a new bike...for this summer...

Going on vacation next year to a tropical island.

on my one year lifting anniversary I am going to buy a power rack for my home gym

I don't reward with food any more either...it's not as important to me or as rewarding...
