Good foods for lunchboxes

So my college don't have any healthy food, which is surprising and very bad for anyone with little self control when it comes to cookies (aka me).
I have (so far) only been able to think of bananas and raisins as being part of the lunch box that I'll start taking to college, of course, I'll try and put in different things each day to keep it interesting; but I honestly can't think of many low calorie healthy lunch box foods- that are also high in vitamins and minerals.
Can anyone help?

Grapes, baby carrots, sliced cucumber, tomato wedges, rice cakes, unbuttered popcorn, baked chips. Those are all snack-y foods you could take.
For my lunches, I typically pack leftovers from dinner and focus on portion control. But I also like to take sandwiches and salads. Salads are fun because lettuce is super low-cal, and you can add all sorts of things to salads. Lean protein, fruits and vegetables, cheese, pretty much anything.0 -
I personally would bring a sandwich since I like to eat carbs during the day...they keep my energy up. A little bread is fine. Fill the sandwich with healthy things you like, I like lettuce, tomato, and turkey.
Healthy foods that will keep you full during the day are unsalted or lightly salted nuts, avocado, and hard boiled egg. These aren't super low calorie but they are healthy and will keep you full. A few tablespoons of trail mix can hold me over for a couple hours, and I'm ALWAYS hungry!
I have even brought cereal with me to work, either with a cup of 1% milk (if you can keep it cool) or just some cheerios or something to eat dry, if you prefer. I also love soup which can be low calorie, but drink a lot of water because it's full of sodium.0 -
Thanks for your replies, I think I'll definity add baby carrots and the cereal idea to my lunchtimes!0

yoghurt, red and yellow (and all other colors) peppers, apple slices with peanut butter, etc. Also, check out if there is maybe a microwave available, then you could bring leftovers or soups and warm it up.0

I've been packing a sliced cucumber and a little mini cup of guacamole to dip it in. It's yummy, low-cal, and filling. I also like pumpkin seeds or any seeds/nuts, really, and the KIND nuts and spice bars have a good amount of protein and healthy fat but low sugar.0
