    *sigh* No weight lost for me this week - stayed the same. It's that TOM though, so I was expecting this. I'll be working hard this week to make up for it!

    I weighed in at 226, that's 3.4, Aunt flow is visiting me too, I was told to drink extra water to battle bloating, i think its working =]

    Hello everyone,I saw the "more the merrier" comments about new people so I thought I'd reply.I'm struggling to break a plateau I've been stuck at,which is very frustrating.So I'm changing a few things-no more bread/pasta,increasing my workout,looking at joining a ymca.Where is everyone from?I'm in Mn.

    Great goal for the month! Sorry to hear you hit a plateau though - that is no fun. I think your ideas for changing things up are great - hope it works!

    I weighed in today, hoping I had at least lost the 1.6 pounds I had gained on Monday's weigh-in. I lost 3lbs! YAY! Now, I just have to stick with it this weekend, and lose 2 more - that way, I will have lost a total of 5 pounds this week, which gets me back on track for my goals.

    Hope everyone else is doing well!

    Congrats everyone on the progress!Anyone else get sore or hurt from exercise lately?My running shoes have springs that broke on the right side so I'm kinda limping-I'm stretching it out and looking for new shoes.

    Me! I added a third set of 12 reps to my arm exercises, and my biceps are super sore. It makes me happy though - it means all my efforts are working!
