I weighed in today, hoping I had at least lost the 1.6 pounds I had gained on Monday's weigh-in. I lost 3lbs! YAY! Now, I just have to stick with it this weekend, and lose 2 more - that way, I will have lost a total of 5 pounds this week, which gets me back on track for my goals.

Congrats everyone on the progress!Anyone else get sore or hurt from exercise lately?My running shoes have springs that broke on the right side so I'm kinda limping-I'm stretching it out and looking for new shoes.0

Me! I added a third set of 12 reps to my arm exercises, and my biceps are super sore. It makes me happy though - it means all my efforts are working!0
