Tired of seeing the same post

"I stopped losing weight, I eat a <1200 diet and I just magically stopped losing weight"

SO ANNOYING.

If you're going to make a change in your life, at least educate yourself about it first. There's no reason to only eat 1200 calories per day! I doubt there's many people who should eat less than 1500 calories.
People just see that they can lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks by choosing 2 pounds a week and wonder why they're starving.
