Hey all. I've been unhealthy for a while. Made bad choices with the help of enablers in my life, but ultimately I am to blame. i am the one that controls my life, no one else!
Any way a new path has begun for me, I'm pumped, I'm excited, and I hope I can help others on their similar paths to a healthy lifestyle.
