My Fitness Pal is a daily routine for me & love it!

It has been 1 month yesterday since I started to write down everything I eat. Really makes a big difference!! I have lost 19#. I want to lose 50 - 75 lbs. My goal is to lose at least 5 lbs month. Main thing I have gotten rid of processed food and sugar. I have cut back on my carbs. I still have bread and potatoes, but watch portion size. I am not following the Atkins diet, but I love their Cafe Caramel Shake. When I am in a hurry, I will grab one of these shakes and a fruit. Nice to know there are other people like me trying to lose weight. Look forward to other people stories.
