Quest bar and a protein shake is sometimes breakfast. QB and a salad is sometimes lunch or dinner..By itself..def a post workout or a 3 pm "Im so bored at the office..Is it 5 yet SNACK!!!!!!0

I eat one for breakfast on most days.
.... and then sometimes have another one sometime later because I'm addicted.
I ate three today and have never done that beforeThey were all Cookie Dough flavor, too. I have a serious problem with that flavor, microwaved for 20 seconds.

I use it as a morning snack everyday...usually around 10. Tides me over until after 12 when I like to eat lunch.0

I eat 3 a week (when I can afford to buy them)...two as snacks, and then one on Sundays on my way to work as breakfast, because it's 4:45 in the morning and I need something to tide me over until I can sit down and eat.0

I tend to stay away from snack/meal bars.
Oh, how things have changed since April. Quest bars = crack.
Definitely not a meal for me, though. Like someone else said, they're under 200 calories. I eat them before I lift Monday-Friday.0
