I have a question:
I know decaf coffee and tea don't really count as water. Does Crystal Light? If I drink 16 ounces of Crystal Light can I count that as 2 glasses of water?
Thanks in advance for the great advice!

I wouldn't count coffee or tea as water just because they are diaretics and do the opposite effect as water. I would say crystal light does count though.0

so even if its decaf its a diaretic? good to know! thanks!

Beware your consumption of NUTRASWEET :drinker:
I watched a movie last night about Nutrasweet. "Sweet Misery: A poisoned world"
Synopsis:
Filmmaker Cori Brackett's riveting documentary probes the link between various health problems and the artificial sweetener aspartame. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Brackett set out to expose the toxicity :noway: of aspartame, prevalent in many foods despite warnings by the National Institutes of Health. Interviews with doctors, a former Food and Drug Administration investigator and other experts reveal controversial information about the sweetener.
Although the FDA approved this,
All of the Independent UNIVERSITY studies found nutrasweet NOT SAFE or VERY QUESTIONABLE

Not Convinced? See more, it's all over the internet. More bad than good, I know that!

NUTRASWEET= Diet Coke/Pepsi , Crystalite, Sugar Free Jello and the list goes on.
But back to your original ?
I get the instant tea, make a gallon and sweeten each cup as i need it with splenda .
and I count it as water. Its liquid! I dont think one tablespoon of powder in a huge cup of
water is going to psych my body into thinking its not getting fluids. And studys NOW show
that we dont really NEED a gallon of water everyday like they always said. I think whatever fluids you put
in will give the "fat" something to flush out with. Personal Opinion0
