What level of activity should I select?

I'm a high school student, and when I'm home I usually just sit on the couch and watch TV/play PS4, or something along those lines. However, I lift for 30-45 minutes 3 times a week, and I go for a mile run once a week, and a 5 mile walk/run another day every week.
Would I be sedentary or lightly active?

Thanks in advance,
Alex

In my opinion, if you generally sit most of the time with a little walking here or there, put yourself as sedentary. That way, whenever you have a bout of extra activity outside of your normal daily movements such as one of your workouts or mile walks/runs, then log those as extra calories burned. Any extra light walking that you don't log just helps shave off some calorie underestimations. Hope that makes sense.

You would be lightly active, at least.

That's what I originally thought, but considering running a mile at my usual pace burns 250 calories (according to nike+, its the most accurate), and a 5 mile run burns upwards of 600 calories, I'd think I'm lightly active.
