Newbie - Need support!

The title says it all really. I'm only 21 but have been yoyo'ing for about 10 years. My problem is I've been 'dieting' rather than making a lifestyle change, my issue is sticking too it! This time I'm changing my lifestyle rather than going on a diet.
I've always been a picky eater (really badly picky) but I want to try and change that, however gradually as I think changing that is going to take time because (and I don't know why) I get very sick trying new foods, it's almost like a phobia.
Anyway, any support anyone can give me I'd appriciate :)
