you look up the nutritional info it starts to look gross?
i keep seeing these ihop commercials with this cinnamon french toast. its thick bread with cinnamon spread and icing on french toast. and i was WANTING some, so i thought, i'll look it up and work it in.
2 slices. 1200+ calories. um. no thank you. now they dont even look good anymore.

Nothing. I wish things WOULD start to look gross based on their caloric values, but usually I end up wanting them more because I'm masochistic. :laugh:0

I don't really think they look GROSS, per se, but I do look at things and think, "That won't taste good enough for the calories."
There are a few things I have that thought about lately.0 -
I do the same thing for those delicious Hostess fruit-filled pies. Every time I feel a hankering for them at the grocery store, all it takes is to turn the package over and behold the nutritional train wreck they are. *Poof!* Craving gone.0

Honey buns ought to be ashamed of themselves, and pop tarts too, if only they were sentient I'd ask for an explanation. All those calories for that little bit.
But it's milkshakes that always make me pause.0
