When to eat my protein?

I exercise regularly, and I lift anywhere from 3-5 times a week, nothing too intense, but enough for myself. I usually get enough protein for my stats, but my question is should I eat protein after my workouts or does it not matter when I eat it, just as long as I get enough?

Well, it's good to have some protein with every meal.. but you don't need *extra* protein after working out.0

You can really eat it whenever you want. It's far more important to make sure you're hitting your protein goal than it is when you're getting your protein. There is no 30 minute post workout anabolic window, that doesn't exist. Like mentioned above it's always good if you can get at least some protein in with every meal but it's not a big deal.0

It doesn't matter when you eat your protein - it does matter how much protein you have daily though.
Your body does all the work, if it needs protein, it'll get protein - you just have to supply it. (1g per 1lb)0 -
Thank you everyone!0
