It's not a lot, I'm trying to lose maybe 3-5 inches off my midsection but it seems like I never can! I ideally want to lose the fat around my midsection in 1-2 months. I have other areas like my legs, but my main concern is my belly.
I'm 5'6", female, 21, between 125-128 pounds. If I walked for an hour 5 days a week for an hour each time and maintained a calorie deficiency (burning more than I eat), will I expect some changes?

You should most definitely see some changes if you walk and count calories. It has worked for me!0
