I would usually make overnight oats but things get too busy in the AM and i dont have time to eat it. So I started blending my oats
Now i drink a delicious Protein Oatmeal Smoothie
1/4 cup old fashion oats (ground in my nutribullet)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Ground Flax
1 Tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
1 Scoop Protein Powder ( use MP cookies and cream)
and a bunch of ice and water.
I stick it all in my nutribullet and blend to the consistency i like. Somedays i like it thick other days i like to add a little more water.
Calories 322/Fat 9G/Carbs 29G/Fiber 12G/Sugar 3 GM/ Protein 33G
