Another non scale related success....

this is an annoying success to say the least - BUT it is a good one anyway....
i went for my run last night - repeating week 5 on c25k days 1 cause i'm afraid to try the 2 mile run on day 3....
anyway, i get like 2 mins into my warmup walk and i realize that my stupid bike shorts keep riding up my thighs....i have to tug them down and try to adjust my "gait" so they dont creep back up again...well i get to the first running interval which is 5 mins and i have literally "EATEN" my shorts up into my crotch....i look like a 209.4lb girl running down the road in a long turquoise tank top and no pants on!!!!!! i adjust again and again and again until i get to my walking interval 1/2 mile later...i'm worried about my thighs being chaffed due to chub rub since there is no fabric between them....i stop and literally put my water down and PULLLLL my shorts down as far to my knees as i can and wonder what the hell is going on?????
HELLO.....DENISE.....you are doing 65 squats a day, you are running 2 times a week, you are using the elliptical for an hr each week, you are lifting heavy *kitten* weights to work your legs about twice a week.....YOUR THIGHS ARE SHRINKING!!!!!!!!!!
my stupid xl or xxl bike shorts are not going to fit anymore...the fabric is not tight enough to fit on my thighs because my thighs are smaller, duhhhhhhhhh......
i was happy to realize this but super frustrated for the rest of my run about my predicament....i toughed it out finished my 2.5 mile run and luckily more than halfway thru my thighs were sweaty enough that the fabric actually stuck and stopped riding up to my hoooohaaaa....
anyway, that was my realized success yesterday...unfortunately i have not taken measurements of my legs so i dont know where i started but i know it was BIGGGGGERRRRRR than this LOL....

Same thing happened to me, I lost tons of weight in the rear and legs thanks to my new friend, Mir Treadmill
Keep moving ,thats whats taken the weight off for me....again, I know everyones different, so Im no expret, but the cardio for me helped me lose this 100 lbs.......great story, were all rooting for you....Lloyd0 -
