c25k Week 2 (playlist ??)

WOOHOOO! I did it. I finished day 1 of week 2. I was really nervous about it but the very first 90 second run came I did it and when the guy said "ok, you can start your walk," I couldn't believe it was already over. So I figured if I could do it the first time then I would be able to do it the whole workout.

Also, does anyone have any good playlists that they run to?

    I really like the podcasts from runningintoshape.com. Carlie has a very inspirational story and kick-*kitten* background music!

    I like to listin to really current stuff or shake shake music, the kind of music that I would be dancing to if I wasnt jogging. It makes me feel really good inside :D

    I downloaded the biggest loser workout cd from Itunes. Works out great with some good running tempo you can run to the beat and then faster beats you can use for pushing yourself. Good luck!
