Nutrition help !

Hello, I'm Grace 18 years old.. and I want to start losing weight.. I'm 67kg and 158 cm want to be fit and lean, not bulky.. any suggestion for dos and don'ts for my daily calorie intake ? and what meal plan should I use ? thank you GBU

    Set a target amount of calories and hit it consistently. Monitor the scale/mirror after a few weeks and adjust your calories accordingly (i.e. if you're not losing weight as fast as you'd like-->lower your calories or add some cardio).

    Don't follow any cookie cutter type meal plans. Meal timing and frequency are irrelevant to weight gain/loss. At the end of the day, all that matters are calories. Eat however you want to to reach your daily calorie allowance.
