mmmm not hydrostatic, but Washington Institute of Sports Medicine does DeXA scansand gives you a pretty thorough report on BF, bone density, BMR/BMI and fat distribution. For $125.00, it's a pretty good start to figuring out your starting point. They are in Kirkland.
