What do you do after a cheat meal/day/week?

Just wondering what you guys do after you have a (probably unplanned) cheat meal or cheat day/cheat treat ?

I have a total sweet tooth. It's an accomplishment to pass up anything sweet for me! Candy, cake, pastries, juice, anything! But those few times that I do give in make me feel soooo guilty. Especially since I've actually broken through a plateau after cutting out sweets for a few weeks. I usually try to chug a ton of water, definitely plan to exercise that day, and feel guilty a bit more :(

Drink some water to flush the sodium, and get back on track the next day. Nothing else you really can do unfortunately. We're all gonna slip now and then. Just don't make it a habit, and it won't hurt your goals in the long run.

I stop myself feeling guilty. I choose what to eat or not eat. Guilt generally doesn't play a role any longer, because I am active up front with my decision making and take responsibility then.

But afterwards, I eat normally, log everything I've eaten, drink a lot of water.

Right...I try to remember the whole "One meal didn't make you gain weight, one meal will not make you lose weight"
