Happy Easter for gluten bakers from me
2 cups of rice flour
2/3 cups of potato starch
1/3 cup of tapioca flour
1 tsp of xanthan gum
put all in bowl mix well for cakes cookies and quick breads,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,read this you can't make pies with this u know why rigtht.......140 calories in this alone when u make this u can store this in jar containers in pantry i know gluten flour cost money this is cheap just try to leave my knowledge for u to learn n eat better n save money i have em all ...........thanks jim

We're trying to eat Gluten free on an anti inflammatory diet. I'll use this for sure!
