    I view tattoos like kids. If you want them, cool. Have them. If you don't want them. Cool. Don't have them. But people shouldn't criticize others because they decided something different for themselves.

    I have one and will get more. The good thing about your mother questioning it, is that she's going to love you no matter what, and she will get used to it. In my experience, mom's are pretty protective and want you to really consider if this is something you really want because she just wants what's best for you and wants your life devoid of regret

    At least that's what my mom does.
