Ok so I lost 15 lbs over the past few months. I feel like I can see my progress in the mirror but not at all in photos. What's up with this?

Well they do say the camera adds 15 lbs. Just kidding.
I would suggest taking measurements or taking a few photos over a long period of time to show your progress. It's easy to see changes when you're naked, but I'm assuming that you're talking about photos in which you're still clothed. In which case it may be harder to pick out any changes.0 -
Yeah they are sports bra and bikini underwear pics. Same in both pictures. The first pic was from November. The new one is from today then I plan on taking another one after I complete the 30 day shred. Hopefully by then I see a change0

well 15lbs is a great start, It might not be that noticeable depending on what your body make up is. some people you can tell 15lbs right away, some not so much. I didn't start showing weight loss until about 30lbs. Just don't get discouraged and worry about what you look like at ever pound lost. you are on a long journey and work hard at it. it will come in time. I know it would be nice to get compliments right away, but the thing is people don't get fat over night, so don't expect to lose over night. it will take time and hard work. it's never easy, you just get stronger. don't give up. I'm sure in a few months you will look back and then you will notice the weight loss. but for now, work on eating clean and exercise. that should be your focus, not the number on the scale ore what you look like in photos.0

Yeah I lost 15. I plan on 17 more. I'm just thinking "oh man if I can see this 15 will I see the next 15" lol. Great advice though0

Have your measurements changed? Are your clothes fitting differently?0

They do fit a bit better. It seems as if everything got firmer instead of less mass lol0

Where can I get a mirror like yours?0

Where can I get a mirror like yours?
I don't think it's the mirror as much as the lighting in my house haha.
Whereas the camera has a flash and shows more. I dunno.
I do see a slight change in my spare tire area and thighs but indefinitely think I look better in mirror as opposed to in pictures!0
