Planning Ahead-Food Suggestion Needed

It seems that a lot of people on here plan their day out ahead of time with a lot of success. Tomorrow is going to be a very busy day for me so I thought I would try it out. I have most of the day done but am still at an unhealthy calorie intake. It's around the 1100 area and I refuse to eat less than 1200 calories. Here is what I have left over to work with:
365 calories, 12G of Fiber, 1G of Protein and 215mg of Sodium left.
My major issues are always with either going over my Sodium and being extremely low on my Fiber. Any suggestions on a snack (not a meal) that will fit within my calories, fiber and sodium goals? I don't mind going over in my Protein or Fiber but really want to stay under in calories and sodium

quest bar? and then something else to make up for however many calories you need...they have lots of fiber and arent horrible on sodium0

Have an apple with some peanut butter0

I may be in the minority - but I don't fret much over sodium. Figure I can drink plenty of water to negate the effects, and I have no health concerns for sodium.
I also think its fine to be higher in protein.
Blackberries, raspberries, pear are all high fiber fruits. Peanuts.0
