I no longer breastfeed, but I have been there (for 5 years and 2 kids). I never went below 1,800 calories. The weight fell off at that intake for me. What specifically would you like to know?1

Hi, I'm still breastfeeding my boy but only at night now as he's older. It says here -

that 1 oz of breast milk equals 20 calories - I don't know about you but I've got no idea how many oz I produce!! I've been guesstimating that I probably burn 200 calories from feeding. If anyone knows any more, I'd also appreciate some more info0 -
Not anymore but used to.... Just go to your food diary and search for breastfeeding. It will take off 500 cals.1

Typically babies r eat an ounce per hour in the day early on - so that would be around 480 calories. Once they start solids it gets trickly, but I would still say my son drinks atleast 12 - 16 ounces a day, so 240 - 320.0
