    Will wrapping yourself make you lose weight? Maybe some water weight if you're sweating and it might temporarily compress you like a corset can but will you be losing fat or fixing the issues that led to your current weight? WIll you be wasting your money on a scam?

    as a weight loss plan no it wont work.

    If you're looking for a quick fix to look your best in a dress for a special occasion it will do that for you, but the losses are temporary.

    I occasionally get body wraps done along with daily dry brushing it has helped me to have very soft, smooth skin.

    Not as a weight loss program, but a way to get nutrients.

    From my research, it doesn't go in your mouth or go through your digestive tract. Since that's how the body gets nutrients, I'd say no.
