Binge eating/Sugar addiction

I'm 24 dx with Hashimoto's and Hypothyroidism 3 years ago. I switched to paleo a week after being diagnosed. Ever since then, I have been battling binge eating and sugar addiction. I'm eating so restricted (well not lately...) that I end up just saying in my head "The hell with it!" and eating whatever I want. Does this happen to anyone else? It is a never ending cycle!

Then maybe quit the restrictiveness, since it is obviously counterproductive, and simply opt to eat everything, in moderation.
Then you will not be thinking 'The hell with it' and going all out.
Break the cycle, and stick to the 80/20 rule. 80% of food from healthy sources and 20% of the treats you enjoy.
I have hypothyroidism also and manage quite well without going Paleo.0
