I'm alotted 1530 cals a day. I excercised for 230 cals.

3 eggs for breakfast
Veggie sandwich n graham crackers for lunch
yogurt for snack

So I have over 1200 calories left for when I get out of work.
Holy hell thats a lot!!

I'm thinking of having some delicious beers....

What would you do with a legal (Inside your calorie limit) 1200 calorie meal?

LOL I just read another post saying she can't eat 1200 a day and here I am asking the best way to do it in one MEAL.

Pint of Ben & Jerry's. Not the best nutritionally, but certainly solves the issue.
That or a pizza with some good high protein toppings, coupled with a salad.
Or save the calories for an Easter chocolate splurge.

I do believe a Double Double animal style and fries from In'N'Out is about 1300 cals.

    Just sayin.

Good question! I'd have to spread out my calories a bit more in general. I be dying if I ate that little all day! Looking at the content I'd have a nearly pure meat dinner such as a large serving of steak/chicken/burgers and follow up with some ice cream! BTW, I'm not paleo or anything, I just need more protein to build up(weight training for a skinny person) for my upcoming Martial Arts tournament in May (eek!)

This is an unusual day for me...I usually spread them out more too. Scheduling conflictions made it turn out this way. I definately feel an unscheduled splurge meal coming on..woohoo!
