lifting for a flat stimach...

Okay. So i just started going to the gym and been doing elliptical and some kind of weight lifting for legs and arms here and there. But really wanting to concentrate a little more on stomach area. Does anyone know how i should begin? All and any tips would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.

    Your stomach gets smaller by losing fat via caloric deficit. Sadly you do not get to choose where you lose fat from first. Lifting is good for your muscles and bone density, cardio for your heart, lungs and helping create a deficit (burning extra calories), diet to optimize the deficit to lose fat.
  • I love the ab roller. 3x15 - I try and hold the last one out there as long as I can before rolling back up. Leg raises. Crunches. Weighted sit ups. Pull ups. I usually do three different exercises for abs each workout.

    Planks and side planks are excellent for core strengthening.
