I cannot remember everything, but the two days before my colonoscopy I had to take some drinks and not eat 24 hours before hand. I was pretty cleansed then :drinker:0

There's this one where you shoot up with pregnant lady pee and eat 500 calories a day and you can't use makeup or conditioner or lotion because you'll soak up the fat right through your skin.
Here's my favorite one though. 5 or more servings of fruit and vegetables a day, enough lean meat and protein-dense food to get an adequate amount of protein (which I would consider at least 100 grams per day), some fat, 3-6 servings of mostly whole-grain starches or potatoes/legumes, and enough liquids to keep your pee a pale yellow.
I find that one to be the most effective.0 -
