Detox juice

Options
All you need is one cucumber(medium lenght) cut into circles, one lemon cut into circles, just a teaspoon of fresh ginger(buy one root, you'll have more than enough for a month) and just add some fresh mint(for taste). Put it into 2 liters of water. You leave it in the fridge for 8-10 hours and then it's ready to go. It's very refreshing and the ginger boosts your metabolism.

    it may be refreshing but it does absolutely nothing for your metabolism...

    Also, are your kidneys not functioning properly? Your body naturally detoxes itself...
