So my grandma wants to meet up for lunch tomorrow at Sì Señores which is Mexican food, an I was wondering if anyone knows the lowest calorie options there are or what are the best options to go with as far as Mexican foods go. Because I looked at their menu and there are no salads, it's all tortillas with some lettuce inside or what have you..

chicken tacos. burrito without the tortilla...if it's a chain or "Mexican-American" type joint avoid the side of beans & rice, they're probably made with lard, or like they are at Taco Bell, fryer oil. Fajitas are good too, just watch the tortillas.0

One tortilla probably doesn't have that many calories. An average taco is around 200 calories. I usually go for fajitas when im dieting cus its simple and you know what it is. If you get a typical meal your talking about calculating rice, refried beans, and some Mexican dishes use a lot of cheese. Stay away from the multi enchilada meals if they have some. Each enchilada is around 300 calories.0

Actually a 13" flour tortilla from Chipotle is around 300 calories alone.0
