Trying to do things the slow and healthy way - need buddies!

I've used MFP on and off in the past but I was always looking to lose a few pounds to get "skinny." This past year I reached my highest weight and felt so sluggish, so I decided to finally focus on getting healthy and fit. I've been trying to make gradual changes to my habits so I can build muscle, lose fat, and keep my sanity.
