Insanity workout motivation? Or just any motivation?

I've been on and off insanity because I can never stick to anything for that long.

If I keep up a healthy diet and a calorie deficiency (burning more than I eat), will doing a month of insanity be more effective than walking (just a normal walk- nothing brisk or fast) for 40- 60 minutes?

Also, how many of you actually track your calories? To those that don't, do you still think you're losing weight as fast as you think you would? And to those that didn't but now do, was there a significant difference?

I just need something to keep me on track! On good days, I wake up at 5:30, do a 20 minute morning yoga routine, eat a healthy breakfast, eat healthily every 3-4 hours, workout for at least 20-30 minutes, do a 20 minute evening yoga routine, and I go to bed at 10. Depending on of I have school, I try to study a healthy amount, although I do get distracted.
