I'm always hungry what can I eat that's healthy and keeps me full?

Trying drinking more water. You might actually be thirsty but your body is mistaken it for hunger. If that does not help I find Banana's are a good snack that keep me full for longer.0

I eat quaker instant oatmeal.
160 calories if you use water or you can use milk which is what I do.
It's the only food that I've found that keeps me more full than the quantity should.0 -
Well, can't see your diary so no idea what your calorie limit is. Some deets like that would help and any food restrictions or health issues. But typically if you are hungry, you can do several things. One like the pp posted is to drink more water/liquids and make sure you're getting enough. Another is to make sure you are getting a good amount of protein and good fats. Protein and fat make you feel full longer. Then there are foods that you can eat a lot of that are lower calorie like cucumbers, broccoli, etc. But without seeing your diary or knowing some details, its hard to recommend anything really other than the basics.0

Veggies. 1 med head of cabbage is 225 calories.
Calories are low in most all veggies. They are also filling.0
