Hi all,
Mid twenties with a semi active job and hoping to lose 20+ lbs. For excercise I do muy thai kickboxing twice a week and hope to excercise at least five-six days out of the week so need lots of motivation!! I'm starting to run for cardio but can only do minimal strength such as push ups, squats etc since I'm not part of a gym so any workout plan advice would be welcome as well

Hello! First of all welcome! If you only have at home to train, a great book in my opinion is "You are your own gym" for conditioning exercises. Although you can find alot of routines online too.0
