Hoping to get back on track

This seems endless at times. I am watching the amount of food I eat. I have 1400 calories in my schedule. Don't always fill it. Going on vac. soon..............so I know there will be a gain. Difference is, I will be careful at what I am eating. Hard to stay focused......seem I just eat wrong sometimes.
